** Micah **
Verse 6-8
*

Wherewith shall I come before the Lord, and bow myself before the High God? shall I come before Him with burnt offerings, with calves of a year old?
(6)
Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
(7)
He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good;, and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?
(8)

(King James Version)

Grace be unto you, from me my beloved Christian brothers & sisters. Giving Him thanks for allowing the fellowship of His word through this group once more.
Take out some time in your daily schedule to give God praise & glory for all He has done for you. For God has been good to me & if you can read this letter, God is being good to you, so let Him know through your praise worship today that you thank Him for giving us His precious son, Jesus Christ. It is because of His daily mercy & compassion that You & I are not consumed.
(Lamentations 3:22-23)

Dear friends, have you ever felt a yearning to do something special for God? You have tried to live by His word in obedience? Not wanting to grieve the Holy Spirit in any way?
Or maybe feeling you have messed up somehow & now being forgiven, not knowing what to do?
But there is a little voice crying out in your being, I want to do something wonderful for you heavenly father? O, my beloved Christian brothers & sisters, I have uttered unto God many times such a heart felt phrase. In my heart, I want to be a twinkle in His eye, a beacon of light on this earth for Him.
I want my life to reflect a ray of sunshine unto God.

For this brings me to my topic this week:
(Bring A Soul To Jesus)
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
In the text, Micah a country preacher who lived & was preaching in Jerusalem the same time Isaiah was. God was pictured in this book as one bringing a law-suit against His people. They had ignored God & forgot how He had kept His covenant with them. You know even in this age, we often get a case of amnesia of God's great & wonderful blessings. The people of Micah's day, conscience-smitten, wanted to know how could they please God. Asking if burnt offerings would do. Man is always trying to get back into God's good graces with some outward religious service or some material offering of goods. O, but
I came by to tell you today, my friends, that nothing outside of living for Him will suffice.
We must remember that a true sacrifice of God are a broken spirit.
(Psalm 51:17)
God wants a righteous conduct, & a real personal relationship with Him.

Paul in
(Romans 12:1)
gives us another example in how to gain God's infinite supply of mercy.

**Am I Right About It**

We are to:

*Do Justly*
have good ethics in all of life.

*Love Mercy*
consideration for others, when justice has not been done.

*Walk Humbly With Thy God*
personal experience with God.

O Lord
Thank You For My Salvation

Whenever you feel the need to do something for God, bring Him a soul. We see that these people wanted to do something superficial, but he is not looking for that. In the garden of Eden, sin entered into this world, thus all mankind was doomed & God 's plan for us was void. He allowed His son to die for us, in that, we are reconciled unto Him through Jesus Christ & some of His children are still lost.

In
(Ezekiel 18:4)
the bible says:
"All souls are His"
& we should attempt to bring Him as many as possible. Living the type of life that would attract them to accept Jesus Christ as their savior, coming back home to the father.

In
(Acts 20:31)
Paul is saying he did not cease to warn those day & night, even with tears about the salvation of Jesus Christ. We often bask in our own assurance of salvation, forgetting that most people have not accepted Jesus Christ. I encourage each of you to ask God daily, to lead you to someone who might be lost & ask Him to teach you in what to say to them.
Knowing, in just a little while,
God shall say to you:
"I heard your cry unto me & you brought me a soul,"
"I am well pleased."
