Grace be unto you from me, my beloved Christian brothers & sisters. Once again God has blessed us to return to this place of fellowship. Find a moment of your time that he has been so merciful to grant unto you, to thank him for your blessings & salvation through his son Jesus Christ. Today, I would like to share in this topic of,
(Once Saved, Always Saved)
& by the way, all that responded to the topic of Judging Others, I want to say thank you for sharing your personal viewpoints on that subject. It was a painful one for some & an enlightenment for others. Now to the subject: God 's word says to try the spirit.
(1 Epistle John 4:1), and my people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge.
(Hosea 4:6)
How many of you are unsure about your salvation?
Some of us have been taught or have heard that we can lose our salvation & our name can be deleted from the book of life. Man's books & records, there are often many mistakes, but there are no errors in the Lamb's Book of Life. Our salvation is secure, because God's word is sure, & In this, one should see what God has to say & not man. We must be careful in what we say to each other, even so ministers (Proverbs 24:28). Take in consideration your birth name, even if you are a bad example in your life, can you denounce your birth name? My last name is Roy & no matter what I do in this life, I will always be a Roy, the same more so with God, because he loves us so. Our salvation is a free gift.
(John 3:16, Ephesians 2:8, Romans 5:18)
Once we receive, confess Jesus Christ as our saviour, believe in his VIRGIN birth,death,reserrection & repent of our sins, he confesses our name before God & our name is written in the book of life, never to be blotted out (Revelation 3:5 Subject Line). Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
(Romans 10:13, Acts 2:21, Job 22:29)
We do backslide in this life (Romans 3:23, Isaiah 53:6), but God gives us mercy & grace each & every day, he is ready to forgive (Psalm 86:5). He is not a God to play games with our lives in taking our name out, everytime we mess up, if he did that, what was the point in Jesus dying a horrible death for us (Matthew 27)? If you want to be sure that your name will be recorded in the book of life;
repent,believe,confess, & receive Jesus Christ, & you can be sure, through the word of God that Jesus has confessed your name & it is written in the Book Of Life Forever. If any of you would not like to receive anymore verses, let me know & I shall take your name off, in that, I wish not to offend any of you, but to share God's word.
