O
Lord our God,
I
pray, save us. . .
that all the kingdoms

may know that
YOU

Grace be unto you from me, my beloved Christian brothers & sisters. Through all that we face in this life, thank God at all times for allowing this group to fellowship in the sharing of His Word once again. Keep God first in all that you do in the upcoming week & never forget to take out some time in your daily schedule to give Him praise for all He has done for you. As most of you know by now of the situation that violated me & my family on this past Monday. I guess the hardest thing that I have struggled with, was to see the hurt in my children's face, it has haunted me to this day. The sound of my grandson's voice as he exclaimed; "I can't believe this is happening," as he cried so & my son looking deep into my eyes as though he was expecting some sort of miracle to be passed. I wanted to cry, but could not. I have not felt sorrow & hurt like that in a long time. I tell you my friends, this was a terrible scene for me & my mind shall never forget it. I prayed for the robber & asked God to forgive him & my children thanked God, that He allowed them to be spared in getting harmed. Pray for me as I share some verses of scripture, maybe helping someone else who is facing some sort of tribulation or trial as well. For we know through tribulation, perseverance is produced, developing a Christ Like character in us. Glorify in your tribulation(s), dear friends. The Word of God says not to overcome evil with evil, but overcome it with good. First, let me send out a gratitude of heart felt thanks to all who sent prayers, letters, an e-card,& phone calls to me, in uplifting me in spirit.
In
(Proverbs 18)
one must show himself friendly to gain friends & through this pouring out of compassion & feeling of sadness for me, I know that I have some wonderful, compassionate, sincere friends. Even though my sorrow was great, my heart was made glad that you all cared so much & was so concerned for me & the safety of my children. My children thank you as much as I do & they know that I am part of this ministry & they often pray & give thanks to God. Let us all give each other an embrace of friendship & fellowship through this letter. As you read this letter, take a moment to pray for someone you know.
May God touch each & every one of you,
I am praying for you in whatever you are facing,
know that our God loves us & you Always have a friend in me.
Now, on to the lesson,
the above
(See Note 1)
was put there to amend the text, in that, King Hezekiah of Judah was being faced with an enemy by the name of King Sennacherib from Assyria, one who mocked God & threatened to destroy the Holy City, you see, he sent a letter to King Hezekiah telling him of his soon to come doom, but O dear friends, as I type this to you, I feel God saying to me &
I pass this on to you,
"go on & do my will & I shall fight your battles."
~Thank You Lord~
King Hezekiah took that letter to the Temple & spread it out before God & told Him to deliver Judah, so that all the nations would know that He alone is God. My beloved Christian brothers & sisters as King Hezekiah in his actions, said in effect,
"Look, God! Read this! I need your help!
Your honor is at hand.
"We Must Stand Up & Declare Our Trials & Tribulations, Saying!!!,
Save & Deliver Us Out Of The Destroyer's Hand,
That All May See That You Are God Almighty & Everlasting."
